1. You have been using the GLOBE system for a long time now:

What are the two biggest advantages for you?

a. We have become more digital as a company as a whole through the use of GLOBE.b. By using Power BI, we have immediate insights into what is happening in the laundry and can react quickly if necessary.

2. If you had to name one feature or aspect of GLOBE that really makes the difference, what would it be and why?

By using Power BI, we save considerable production time on a weekly basis, we are much more flexible and always have direct insight into the relevant data.

3. How does GLOBE help you or your team make the right decisions at the right time?

Because we can work in both GLOBE and Power BI based on tonnage and quantities, our team leaders are able to react faster and identify and address potential issues or challenges early on.

4. What would you say to another laundry that is thinking about working with Gotli Labs?

Make sure you know in advance exactly what benefits an MES system brings to your laundry and where you currently stand in terms of digitalization.

In addition, a good kick-off phase is crucial: you should have a clear understanding of what the planning looks like and what is expected of both you and Gotli Labs. This will ensure an efficient and smooth transition.

5. Looking back on the implementation of GLOBE:
How did you experience the support and cooperation with Gotli Labs?

Thanks to Jack Vermeulen and Marcel, the implementation was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly how everything needed to be set up.
