History: A Smart Collaboration That Sparked Innovation
Between 2000 and 2015, ABS continuously evolved its production management system known as PIMS. Originally built in DOS, the system underwent three major redevelopments. In 2016 the management of ABS recognized the need to take a bold step forward not just another update, but a true transformation.
That’s when ABS reached out to Jensen, known for its Cockpit solution and expertise in machine connectivity. Where ABS brought deep knowledge of production workflows, JENSEN brought cutting-edge machine integration.
This unique partnership led to the official founding of Gotli Labs in 2016. Together, they launched GLOBE one of the world’s first dedicated MES platforms (Manufacturing Execution Systems) designed specifically for the industrial laundry industry.
Present: Independent. Global. Growing.
Fast-forward to 2025: Gotli Labs is independent from the Jensen organization and operates as a fully independent privately owned company with a dedicated team of approximately 20 specialists, supporting laundry operations across Europe, the Middle East, Far East, Northern America and beyond.
Our software, GLOBE, has matured into a powerful plant-level platform trusted by leading laundries worldwide. We continue to evolve guided by the needs of our users, inspired by innovation, and committed to helping our clients work smarter every day.
